Advanced Training for our Pilots

The Emergency and Safety Equipment Training (ESET) is compulsory for AOC pilots and must be refreshed every 3 years.

Thanks to the extensive-experience in professional fire brigade of our employee Fredy Weibel Valair was able to complete the course internally.

The objective was the following: Gain practical experience with all types of fire extinguishers and train the various emergency procedures on the helicopter.

After a short and interesting theoretical block, the participants experienced various emergency procedures “live” thanks to emergency training.

Of course, the “fun factor” could not be missing.

Dr. med. Anette Thommen led the instructive and practice-oriented First-Aid course in the premises of Heliport Balzers.

Both courses were a real win for everyone involved thanks to the expert course management.
